Each question within the assessment corresponds to a specific document in the Concept 7 Library. This assessment is conducted in collaboration with the learner and any other individual who possesses intimate knowledge of the learner’s competencies and skill set. The assessment has 150 questions, with each inquiry linking to a specific document within the library. The learner’s responses are categorized as follows:

• Yes, they are knowledgeable in the subject.

• No, they have little or no knowledge on the subject.

• They have no interest in the subject.

If the answer is no, they have little or no knowledge about the subject, the document should be printed and added to their work file. If the answer is yes, or no interest, it is not added to their work file. This way, only the information relevant to a particular learner is added to their work files.
