Each question within the assessment corresponds to a specific document in the Concept 7 Library. This assessment is conducted in collaboration with the learner and any other individual who possesses intimate knowledge of the learner’s competencies and skill set. The assessment has questions, each one linking to a specific document within the library. If the learner would like to improve their knowledge on the subject, a mark should be placed in the box next to the question. If the learner already knows enough about the topic, or has no interest in learning more about this topic, the box should be left blank, and it will not be added to their work file. This way, only the information relevant to a particular learner is added to their work files.
